Speed networking event in Kansas City
The Kansas City - area International Association of Business Communicators is hosting a "speed networking" event, where students will have the opportunity to meet seasoned communicators in the Kansas City area.
Speed networking is when one group of professionals sits at a table while another group rotates, staying at each table for about five minutes.
This event will be tonight from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Vinino Bistro in Kansas City. The cost is $10 for all students, whether they are members of IABC or not.
For more information, students may contact Jacqueline Thompson at IABCUCM@hotmail.com. Students may also visit IABC's Facebook group by typing "International Association of Business Communicators" in the search bar at Facebook.com.
