Science Grant Will Go to Students
On the same day the announcement was made to change Central's name to UCM, the National Science Foundation (NSF) approved funding in excess of $499, 520 for the mathematics and computer science department.
The NSF grant was used to set up 28 annual scholarships for $4,000 that will be available next fall to incoming freshmen and students majoring in actuarial science, mathematics and computer science.…
