Missouri Court
of Appeals to sit
at UCM

Three judges from the Missouri Court of Appeals- Robert G. Ulrich, Harold L. Lowenstein and James M. Smart- will hear arguments in four cases starting at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 18 in Union 240.
This will be the ninth time the Missouri Court of Appeals has convened in Warrensburg and the eighth time it has convened at UCM.


UCM staff
and students teach basic Spanish workshops

UCM staff and students from Spanish-speaking countries invite campus and community members to attend the Basic Spanish Language Workshops at the University Union.
Each class session will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 23 in Union 219, Oct. 24-26 in Union 238 and Oct. 27 in Union 123. The workshops are free and open to the public.

Wellness
Wednesdays
now Tuesdays

Wellness Wednesday activities will now be on Tuesdays beginning Sept. 26. Three times a semester, names will be drawn for treatments at a new local day spa in Warrensburg. To have your name entered twice, register in advance using the online University calendar.


University Excellence
in Teaching Award

Nominees' names must be received in the Provost's Office by Sept. 29 to be eligible for the University Excellence in Teaching Award. Candidates can be self-nominated or nominated by other faculty.
