Annual AIDS Walk
The Association of Social Work students will be participating in an annual AIDS walk in Kansas City April 22 at 10 a.m. The main campus and Central's Summit Center social work students are engaged in a friendly competition to see which campus group will succeed in obtaining the most donations.
To make a donation, please send a personal check payable to AIDS Walk Kansas City to Freda Herrington, department of sociology and social work, Wood 203, in support of the main campus students, or to Jenise Comer, department of sociology and social work, Wood 203, in support of the Central Summit Center students.
Homeless Night
The Newman Center is sponsoring "One Homeless Night," tonight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the Central Quadrangle.
The event, which is part of politics and social justice week, will give individuals an opportunity to experience what it is like to be homeless for one night. The event is open to anyone who would like to participate.
Shooting Range Open House
Central's Conservation Education Center, located at the University's Prussing Research Farm, invites the public to learn more about the center's shooting range during an open house and membership drive April 23 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
During the open house, the public may use the shooting range at half price, and range membership will be available at a 10 percent discount. Visitors may also pre-register for weekday and weekend trap and skeet shooting leagues.

Restoration Campus Ministries
Restoration Campus Ministries will host an International Witness of the Gospel Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The event will feature ministers from around the world including Kenya, Nigeria, Honduras and other nations as they talk about the missionary work going on worldwide.
Library Services
The James C. Kirkpatrick Library is providing library reference services in the Union during April. A library reference station will be set up on the lower level near the ATM machine from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday.
