Department Change
The Department of Career and Technology Education has moved from Grinstead 235 to Grinstead 120.
Kirkpatrick Day Celebration
The Kirkpatrick Library will be hosting a Kirkpatrick Day Celebration, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday. The celebration will take place on the second floor of the Kirkpatrick Library in Mr. Kirkpatrick's office. Visitors will have an opportunity to meet with Mrs. Kirkpatrick. Refreshments will be offered.
Social Work Keynote Speaker
Kimberly Sharp, nationally recognized lecturer on the topic of near-death experiences, will be the keynote speaker for Central's Social Work Month Conference, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. March 23.
Sharp will speak on "Sent Back to Serve: Using the Near-Death Experience to Help Others" in Union 237. The event, which is open to the public, will begin with registration at 11:30 a.m. with a reception for Clark planned from noon to 12:45 p.m.
Crabtree Fund
IBE Photography will offer family portraits from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the First Community Bank - South Branch, with all proceeds donated to the Nathan Crabtree Fund.
There will be no sitting fees, and sitting times are limited. For more information or to schedule a photo sitting, you may call 747-9530.
Psychology Conference
The Central campus will host the Great Plains Student Psychology Conference Friday and Saturday in the Union.
This is a regional conference that attracts undergraduate and graduate psychology students from surrounding states. The conference features a keynote speech Friday, oral and poster presentations by students and the Stephen F. Davis distinguished lecture Saturday.

Studio Repertory Theatre One-Acts
The Central theater department will sponsor the Studio Repertory Theatre One-Acts, 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Black Box Theatre.
The One-Acts are presented by student and technical directors and are free to the public. For more information, you may contact Colette Tilden at 543-4020.
Teacher Placement Day Workshop
The Office of Career Services will sponsor a workshop on "How to Succeed at Teacher Placement Day" from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. March 22 in Union 302.
The workshop will offer information specific to Teacher Placement Day, helping students learn about what to expect at Teacher Placement Day.
