Dear Editor, A little over a year ago, the Student Government Association (SGA) had a vote for banning smoking at the University of Central Missouri. When the students voted, the students had favored the idea of having a smoke-free campus. Since the students favored the idea of having a smoke-free campus the bill was sent on to the University Board of Governors.… Post the First Comment
