Junior quarterback Eric Czerniewski found himself being knocked down a lot during last Saturday's home game against Northwest Missouri State. Frequently having to pick himself off the turf, Czerniewski never got into a rhythm.

Commentary: Offense lets Mules down in critical game
Last Saturday was a must win for the Mules' football team. The team had not beaten Northwest Missouri State in the last four years and although the score was close.
In the end, last Saturday's 20-13 loss to the Bearcats was disappointing.
The main cause of the loss though was the Mules' offense leaving the field after descent drives with nothing to show for it.…

No. 14 Jennies wear pink, defeat Quincy 3-0
After a weekend of roundtrips, the Jennies volleyball team took a break from MIAA play. The Jennies returned to the Multipurpose Building Tuesday to host Quincy in non-conference match.
The match was also the annual "Get the Pink Out" match.
