The Central Missouri Mules got just what they needed from sophomore starter Danny Potje on Wednesday night at the Division II Baseball Championships as he tossed a complete game and came within one out of a shutout in a 5-1 win over Shippensburg.

UCM's Dan Raithel wins national championship in hammer throw
Dan Raithel of the University of Central Missouri captured the title in the men's hammer throw Friday at the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships.
Raithel, a senior from Blair Oaks High School, won with a throw of 219-feet, 8 inches. That was more than four feet further than the runner-up, Robert Klenk of Ashland.…
